Delivery
Sales items: 

Royal Mail 48hours tracked for UK. International Tracked for overseas.
We aim to have your item shipped in 3 working days payment is received, though if you have any special requirements, please let us know. Even if everything goes smoothly, please aware that it takes 7 working days your items to be delivered for UK. 


Repair: 

​Royal Mail Special delivery with insurance of £1000 or more..
Return
Due to the inclusion of perishable materials in the kit, please contact me if you wish to initiate a return within 14 days of the items' arrival. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any resulting loss in value.
Cancellation of Workshops
Workshop cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks before the scheduled workshop date. If not, your workshop ticket will be converted to an online private lesson.
